臁疮(慢性小腿溃疡),农村颇多见,洽疗不易彻愈。余在农村曾用“驻车丸”外用,治疗臁疮久溃不敛者多例,方法简便,疗效满意,为扩大“驻车丸”临床应用特作介绍。药物配制:驻车丸十份,乳香末二份,两药分研为末,再共研拌匀,密贮备用。使用方法:(1)清洗疮面后上药。疮面较干,可用麻油调膏外敷;渗出较多,可直接外敷药粉。(2)夏季每日洗换一次,冬季无汗可2～3天洗换一次,直至痊愈。 Hemorrhoids (chronic leg ulcers) are quite common in rural areas and it is not easy to recover from treatment.
