采用溶胶凝胶法,以二甲基二乙氧基硅烷/正硅酸乙酯的复合醇盐为前驱体,制备了一种厚度达到30μm~500μm的大尺寸无载体膜,膜体显示了良好的的可弯曲性和成膜性能,原子力显微镜表征得到的表面平均粗糙度为0.3nm,色质连用谱的分析表明在醇盐水解聚合过程中形成了大量[(CH3)2Si-O]n环状分子,填充凝胶孔隙,降低毛细管应力,增加结构柔韧性 A large size carrier-free membrane with a thickness of 30μm ~ 500μm was prepared by the sol-gel method and the complex alkoxide of dimethyldiethoxysilane / tetraethylorthosilicate was used as a precursor.
