我厂生产的可锻铸铁阀体在24kgf/cm~2水压试验时发生渗漏,严重影响了产品送检合格率。究其原因,主要有三方面。一是缩松,二是裂纹,三是夹渣。经分析绝大部分是由缩松缺陷引起的。所以,解决阀体缩松,是消除阀体渗漏的关键。解决铸件缩松可以从改进零件结构,使用冷铁和配置适当的冒口等三方面着手。众所周知,可锻铸铁与灰铸铁因化学成分不同决定了两者凝固过程
The malleable cast iron valve body produced by our factory leaks at 24kgf / cm ~ 2 hydrostatic test, seriously affecting the passing rate of product inspection.
