回顾及分析了铝电解槽焙烧启动的主要方法 ,在国内首次提出和实验了铝电解槽燃料直接焙烧启动法。实验结果表明 ,燃料直接焙烧加热 ,易于调节控制铝电解槽启动过程的温升速度、保持所需温度的均匀分布 ,能够有效地克服大温度梯度和加热不均匀、炭块及炭缝烧损等影响铝电解槽寿命的问题。
