巴山冷杉的针叶为材料,选取超声需要的温度、超声需要的功率、超声需要的时间、乙醇提取液的体积分数、料液比等5个因素做单因素试验,在此基础上采用Box-Behnken(BBD)法进行4因素3水平的试验设计得到总酚类物质的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:在料液比为1:40的条件下,得到的最佳提取工艺为:超声温度为66℃、时间为51min、功率为350W、乙醇体积分数为52%,巴山冷杉针叶中总酚类物质的提取率为9.012 22%,验证值为9.005%。用DM-2,AB-8,NKA-9,D101,HPD-400大孔树脂对巴山冷杉针叶的醇提物进行纯化,结果表明:D101具有最好的纯化能力,吸附率为89.75%,解析率为85.52%。

The results showed that: D101 had the best purification ability, the adsorption rate was 89.75%, the adsorption capacity of D101 was the best, Resolution was 85.52%.
