1989年5月3日,我市某厂一台KZL4-13型锅炉运行时发现炉前右上角外包铁皮接缝中喷射蒸汽。司炉人员紧急停炉,拆开外包铁皮发现前管板右上侧有一道穿透裂纹,裂纹周围管板上有一些白色固态浓缩物。根据内外部检验及探伤检查结果,我们认为这是一起较为典型的锅炉管板裂纹事故。 1 基本情况该锅炉系某锅炉厂1972年制造的产品,1974年投入使用,1987年该锅炉迁入南昌市,运行状况为时烧时停,负荷很不稳定,工作压力一般在1MPa以下变化。该锅筒内径为1600毫米,材料为16Mng,角板拉撑材料为16Mn,角板拉撑与管板是未开坡口的双面
