如何处理城市发展与文化的关系，如何理解当代文化的职能分化，关系到城市发 展能否赢得新的机遇，以及能否在工业文化与信息文明的夹缝寻求城市新的增长点。本文通过 分析当代城市文化的不同职能，提出了经济服务性文化和生活服务性文化两种类型，并通过大 文化的视角将二者联结为一个整体，形成一个新的文化结构体系，而这一新的文化结构体系正 是城市发展的重要机制。
How to deal with the relationship between urban development and culture, how to understand the functional differentiation of contemporary culture, and whether urban development can win new opportunities, and whether the city can find a new growth point in the gap between industrial culture and information civilization. By analyzing the different functions of contemporary urban culture, this paper proposes two types of economic service culture and service culture, and combines the two as a whole through a large cultural perspective to form a new cultural structure system. The new system of cultural structure is an important mechanism for urban development.
