轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)是导致全世界范围内婴幼儿及多种幼龄动物腹泻的最主要传染性病原。该无囊膜病毒可以通过多种方式侵入细胞,而且不同的病毒毒株在细胞侵入机制上存在较大差异。阐明RV的细胞侵入机制将有助于解析病毒的致病机制并有利于疾病防控,降低其所造成的社会负担和经济损失。本文对RV在细胞侵入的早期阶段的侵入机制作一综述。
Rotavirus (RV) is the leading infectious agent that causes diarrhea in infants and young children all over the world. The non-enveloped virus can invade cells in a variety of ways, and different virus strains have greater differences in the mechanism of cell invasion. To elucidate the cell invasion mechanism of RV will help to resolve the pathogenic mechanism of the virus and help prevent and control the disease and reduce its social burden and economic loss. This article reviews the mechanisms of RV invasion in the early stages of cell invasion.
