从企业内部组织管理因素出发,从组织学习的基本单元——部门入手,理论探讨了部门内部整合和跨部门组织对组织的知识获取能力和绩效的影响,并提出了7个研究命题。基于此,针对企业的管理实践提出了相应的措施。
Starting from organizational management factors in an enterprise, starting from the basic unit of organizational learning - the department discusses the influence of internal consolidation and cross-departmental organization on organizational knowledge acquisition capability and performance, and puts forward seven research propositions. Based on this, the corresponding measures are put forward for the management practice of enterprises.
