自行研制了一种以Mn-Ni-Mo为主要合金体系的金属粉芯型药芯焊丝,采用熔化极活性气体保护焊(MAG)将其用于HSLA-65造船用低合金高强度钢焊接。通过拉伸试验、冲击试验对其焊接接头的力学性能进行了测试,利用外观观察、抗裂性试验和扩散氢含量测定对其焊接工艺性能进行了检测,结合成分分析和组织分析对主要合金元素的强韧性影响机理进行了合理的解释。通过本文的研究,力求为药芯焊丝电弧焊在低合金高强度钢中推广使用做出一些基础性研究工作。
A kind of metal powder type flux cored wire with Mn-Ni-Mo as its main alloy system was developed by itself, which was applied to the welding of HSLA-65 low-alloy high-strength steels for shipbuilding by using the melt electrode active gas shielded welding (MAG).
