采用改进单纯形最优化方法,以较少实验次数获得氢化物-无色散原子荧光法测定元素砷的最佳操作条件,并用 Sharp PC-1500袖珍计算机设计了单纯形法的计算程序。在所选定的最佳操作条件下,研究了测定矿石中痕量砷的方法。其检出限达9.11×10~(-4)mg/L,回收率为95%~100.3%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~7.4%。
The optimized simplex method was used to determine the optimum operating conditions of elemental arsenic by hydride-free atomic fluorescence spectrometry with fewer experiments and the simplex method was designed by Sharp PC-1500. Under the selected optimum operating conditions, the method of determination of trace arsenic in ores has been studied. The detection limit was 9.11 × 10 ~ (-4) mg / L, the recovery was 95% -100.3%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.4% -7.4%.
