目的:研究胶原蛋白的性质及聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯[poly(HEMA)]-Ⅲ型胶原烧伤贴膜的制备方法。方法:从小牛皮中提取Ⅲ型胶原蛋白,与poly(HEMA)、乙二醇混合,用过硫酸铵和偏亚硫酸钠引发交联反应,制成烧伤用贴膜;在膜中加入药物吲哚美辛,并做体外溶出实验。结果:poly(HEMA)-Ⅲ型胶原贴膜具有良好的弹性、柔软性、吸湿性和粘附性;吲哚美辛的体外累积释放百分量-时间曲线表明,其多孔的海绵状结构是良好的药物释放系统。结论:poly(HEMA)-Ⅲ型胶原的复合物是制备烧伤用创面敷料的良好材料。
Objective: To study the properties of collagen and preparation of poly (HEMA) - Ⅲ collagen burns film.
