不同产地竹黄有效成分含量的分析和比较

对四种不同产地的竹黄中竹红菌素、甘露醇、多糖和蛋白质含量进行了测定和分析,结果表明:不同来源的竹黄中主要有效成分含量有所区别.采自杭州的竹黄竹红菌素含量最高,而甘露醇含量则较低,其他产地的竹黄中甘露醇含量差别不大,多糖含量是以产自四川的竹黄最高,蛋白质含量是以采自宁波的竹黄含量最高.可见在竹黄的临床使用中应考虑产地因素. The contents and concentrations of sclerophyllin, mannitol, polysaccharides and protein in four different origins of bamboo were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the contents of the main active ingredients in bamboo yellow from different sources were different. The leucanthins were collected from Hangzhou. The content is the highest, while the content of mannitol is lower. The content of mannitol in bamboo leaves of other origins is not very different. The polysaccharide content is the highest in bamboo yellow produced in Sichuan, and the protein content is the highest in bamboo yellow collected from Ningbo. In the clinical use of bamboo yellow should consider the origin factors.
