真空渗碳是一种新型的热处理渗碳工艺。本文作者对阀门电动装置零件进行真空渗碳试验后,认为真空渗碳易实现蜗杆,离合器齿轮内孔防渗要求。真空渗碳处理的蜗杆可直接装配使用,这为旋风机床的使用创造了条件,经济效益显著。
Vacuum carburizing is a new type of heat treatment carburizing process. The author of the valve electric device parts after the vacuum carburizing test, that easy to achieve vacuum carburizing worm, clutch gear bore hole seepage requirements.
