以在建南京地铁二号线一期工程新街口车站施工期地面交通疏解所采用的钢便桥为工程背景,采用有限元软件ANSYS对钢便桥进行结构计算,在此基础上选取横梁间距、横梁跨径进行受力性能单因素敏感性分析,研究所得结论对地铁车站施工期所采用钢便桥设计、施工具有一定指导意义。通过研究表明该种钢桁架结构具有良好的工作性能以及足够的安全性,可以作为一种新型临时路面系统在地铁车站施工中推广使用。
Taking the construction of the steel suspension bridge used in the ground traffic dismantling of Xinjiekou station during the construction of the Nanjing Metro Line 2 project, the structural design of the steel suspension bridge was carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS. Based on this, the beam spacing, The single factor sensitivity analysis of mechanical properties of span is carried out. The conclusion of the study is of guiding significance for the design and construction of steel flyover used in subway station construction. The research shows that the steel truss structure has good working performance and sufficient safety, and can be used as a new type of temporary pavement system in subway station construction.
