The contents of caffeine in tea polyphenols were determined by TLC scanning and the fluorescence was localized at 254 nm. The average recovery rate was 1012%, RSD% = 252%. The method was simple and rapid, the accuracy and precision were good, and the lowest detection was 02 μg.
