采用文献资料法、数理统计法,问卷调查法等,以第十届全运会游泳比赛中获得200 m各项前8名的男女运动员各20名为研究对象,分析探讨速度耐力对200 m的游泳项目重要性和速度耐力的训练方法、手段等。研究结果得出:糖酵解(乳酸)供能是游泳200 m项目主要的供能系统,乳酸耐受力训练和最大乳酸值训练是提高速度耐力的重要水中训练方法;速度力量素质和力量耐力素质是200 m游泳运动员陆上力量训练的重点,陆上力量训练形式应尽量与游泳技术相结合,并通过水中训练手段转化为专项力量。我国游泳200 m项目具备在2008年奥运会上争夺奖牌的条件和实力。
By using the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey, 20 athletes from each of the top 8 male and female athletes of 200 m in the 10th National Games were enrolled in this study. The effects of speed endurance on the 200 m Swimming program importance and speed endurance training methods, means and so on. The results showed that: glycolysis (lactic acid) energy supply is the main energy supply system for swimming 200 m project, lactic acid tolerance training and maximum lactic acid value training are important water training methods to improve speed and endurance; speed strength quality and strength endurance The quality is the focus of the 200 m swimmer onshore strength training. The form of land strength training should be combined with the swimming technique as far as possible and transformed into the special force through the water training method. China’s swimming 200 m project has the qualifications and strength to compete for medals at the 2008 Olympic Games.
