目的:考察环境因素对川芎饮片易挥发性成分藁本内酯的影响。方法:采用正交试验设计,选取光照、氧气、温度、贮藏时间4个因素,每个因素选择3个水平,优选川芎饮片贮藏的最佳贮存条件。以藁本内酯为检测指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定川芎饮片中藁本内酯的含量。结果:温度是影响川芎饮片藁本内酯的首要因素,其次是时间,然后是光照,氧气的影响最小。结论:川芎饮片贮藏的最佳条件为密封包装,弱光低温下贮藏,贮藏时间越短越好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of environmental factors on the ligustilide, a volatile component in Chuanxiong Chuanxiong Tablets. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to select the four factors of light, oxygen, temperature and storage time. Three factors were selected for each factor, and the optimal storage conditions were optimized. Using ligustilide as the detection index, the content of ligustilide in Chuanxiong decoction was determined by HPLC. Results: Temperature was the most important factor influencing ligustilide in Chuanxiong Decoction, followed by time, then light and oxygen with the least effect. Conclusion: The best condition of Chuanxiong decoction piece is sealed packaging, which is stored under low light and low temperature, the storage time is as short as possible.
