为提高企业管理水平,加快水电建设速度,我局在白山水电站进水口三个闸门井的滑模施工中推行全面质量管理(下简称TQC)的试点工作。该闸门井属于电站的重点项目和控制部位,井筒结构复杂,质量要求高,施工难度大,能否按期或提前完成,将直接影响整个电站蓄水发电的工期。在采用滑模新工艺和实行TQC后,取得了较显著的效果:与常规施工方法比,三个闸门井施工共节约木材650
