自行设计了一种含氮阻燃环氧树脂,利用三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MC)作为阻燃剂,加入到双酚A环氧树脂E51(EP)中,固化剂选用芳香胺固化剂3369。对制备的阻燃环氧树脂进行了极限氧指数(LOI)、力学性能、热失重分析(TGA)、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方面的分析,研究结果表明三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MC)能够与双酚A环氧树脂E51(EP)具有很好的相容性,对力学性能损失很小,并且达到一定的阻燃效果。加入三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MC)达到25份的时候,环氧树脂固化物的极限氧指数达到26.2%。并对三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MC)阻燃机理进行了探讨。
A kind of nitrogen-containing flame retardant epoxy resin was designed by ourselves. It was added into bisphenol A epoxy resin E51 (EP) using melamine cyanurate (MC) as flame retardant, and aromatic amine curing agent 3369 was selected as the curing agent. The prepared flame retardant epoxy resin was analyzed by the methods of LOI, TGA, DMA and SEM. Cyanurate (MC) has good compatibility with bisphenol A epoxy resin E51 (EP), has little loss of mechanical properties and achieves certain flame retardant effect. When the melamine cyanurate (MC) was added to 25 parts, the ultimate oxygen index of the cured epoxy resin reached 26.2%. The flame retardant mechanism of melamine cyanurate (MC) was also discussed.
