应用定量组织化学技术分析了CBA和C57BL小鼠耳蜗中糖元代谢的改变,发现18个月和36个月龄CBA小鼠的毛细胞(HC)和血管纹(SV)中,糖元含量比6周龄CBA正常小鼠明显增高,说明在自然老化CBA小鼠耳蜗中存在糖元储积现象。6周龄C57BL小鼠SV中糖元含量也比6周龄CBA正常小鼠高,但HC中糖元含量在两种小鼠无差异。提示耳蜗糖代谢的改变在自然老化型CBA小鼠不同于耳蜗遗传缺陷型C57BL小鼠。
The changes of glycometabolism in cochlea of CBA and C57BL mice were analyzed by quantitative histochemical technique. It was found that the content of glycogen in the hair cells (HC) and stria vascularis (SV) in CBA mice of 18 months and 36 months old 6 weeks old CBA normal mice was significantly increased, indicating the existence of glycogen accumulation in the cochlea of naturally aged CBA mice. The glycogen content in 6-week-old C57BL mice was also higher than in 6-week-old CBA normal mice, but the glycogen content in HC was indistinctive in both mice. Suggesting changes in cochlear glucose metabolism in naturally aged CBA mice differ from cochlear genetic deficient C57BL mice.
