抗肿瘤抗生素是临床上治疗恶性肿瘤的化疗药物中重要的一类。大多数抗肿瘤抗生素有明显的细胞毒作用,其选择性低,因而对肿瘤细胞和正常组织细胞均有损害。是否这类化疗药物也影响机体的免疫系统功能已为人们所重视。自然杀伤细胞(natural ki-ller cells,NK)在肿瘤监视和阻止肿瘤细胞转移过程中的重要作用已得到充分地证明,NK细胞具有快速的,非特异的,非抗体依赖性的杀伤原发肿瘤细胞和移植性肿瘤细胞的作用。实验表明在缺乏成熟T细胞的小鼠,如裸鼠和去除胸腺的新生小鼠,肿瘤的产生和生长并无明显增加。在这些小鼠NK细胞活性是正常的,所以成熟T细胞并非唯一而有效的免疫监视细胞群。在NK细胞活
Antitumor antibiotics are clinically important class of chemotherapy drugs for the treatment of malignant tumors.
