单片机技术在我们生活、工作、科研、各个领域应用广泛,在工业生产中,电流、电压、温度、压力、流量、流速和开关量都是常用的主要被控参数。其中,温度控制发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文主要讲述了在单片机下传感器、被控对象、显示电路等硬件连接和各模块之间的流程,尤其是对数字温度传感器DS18B20的数据采集过程和AT89S51对加热装置的控制过程做出了重点介绍。DS18B20与AT89S51搭配可以设计出多种温度检测系统,其具有电路简单,自制方便,稳定可靠之特点。
Microcontroller technology in our life, work, research, widely used in various fields, in industrial production, current, voltage, temperature, pressure, flow, flow rate and the amount of switching are commonly used as the main controlled parameters. Among them, the temperature control has played an increasingly important role. This article mainly describes the microcontroller under the sensor, the controlled object, the display circuit and other hardware connections and the flow between the modules, in particular, the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 data acquisition process and AT89S51 heating device control process made an important introduction . DS18B20 and AT89S51 can be designed with a variety of temperature detection system, which has a simple circuit, self-convenient, stable and reliable.
