蛲虫是最常见的儿童肠道寄生虫之一,分布于世界各地。国内成都、重庆、长沙、镇江、济南、青岛、保定、上海、广州、呼和浩特等地都曾有报道,但调查对象多系托儿所、幼儿园或小学等集体单位,很少有农村的调查报告。谷氏等曾对山东八所乡村小学的儿童和张氏等对一所小学儿童做过调查,也只限于学龄儿童。蛲虫在农村感染情况,我们尚未见到较完整的报告。笔者在搜集教学标本之余,调查了五个自然村的学龄前和学龄儿童的感染情况报告如下。 Pinworms are one of the most common intestinal parasites in children and are found all over the world.
