本文以2003～2010年浙江省上市公司为样本,系统分析了浙江省上市公司的股权结构与公司绩效的关系。并据此给出了浙江省上市公司股权改革的建议。
This paper takes the listed companies in Zhejiang Province from 2003 to 2010 as a sample, and systematically analyzes the relationship between the ownership structure and corporate performance of Zhejiang listed companies. Based on this, the author puts forward suggestions on the equity reform of listed companies in Zhejiang Province.
