一、前言钴为有色金属冶金中最复杂而不易提炼的金属之一,因其原矿品位不高,处理过程复杂,以致回收率很低。从钴矿中提取钴的技术方案随原料性质的不同,有各种各样的方法。单就钴士矿而言,即有以下数种:(1)鼓风炉还原熔炼为钴-铁合金法;(2)鼓风炉硫化熔炼为冰钴法;(3)加黄铁矿和食鹽氯化焙烧法;(4)加硫酸亚铁焙烧或浸溶注;(5)二氧化硫直接浸溶法。所有这些方法各有其优缺点,须结合具体情况,加以选择。如钴-铁合金法需消耗大量酸作溶剂;黄铁矿焙烧法或硫酸亚铁法所需的材料均高於矿重三倍以上;二氧化硫
I. Introduction Cobalt is one of the most complex and difficult-to-extract metals in nonferrous metal metallurgy. Due to its low ore grade and complex processing, cobalt has a low recovery rate. There are a variety of methods for extracting cobalt from cobalt ore depending on the nature of the raw material. In the case of cobalt mine alone, there are several types as follows: (1) reduction furnace smelting is a cobalt-iron alloy method; (2) blast furnace smelting is an ice-cobalt method; (3) pyrite and salt chlorination roasting ; (4) plus ferrous sulfate roasting or immersion injection; (5) sulfur dioxide direct leaching method. All of these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. They must be selected according to the specific circumstances.
