自从汉武帝“废黜百家,独尊儒术”到清末康有为借今文经“托古改制”,经学在中国有两千多年的历史了,并一直占据意识形态的统治地位,这一现象在世界文化思想史上是极为少见的。但是在这一文化思想现象结束之后,特别是新中国成立以后,一部全面而完整地反映这一现象的史书,却迟迟未见出现。这并不是因为几十年来国人忽视了这一现象,而是因为经学体系过于庞大,涉及历史生活的各个方面,并有深层的影响,以至在短时间内后人无法去准确把握和反映它,所以一直阙如。今天,在“文化热”的继续辐射中,我们终于看到这一领域的新突破,这就是章权才著《两汉经学史》的出版(广东人民出版社版)。本书试图用马列主义理论去分析、整理、揭示中国经学史的丰富内涵,追寻它的发展规律,在探索中开新,在开新中探索,取得了令人鼓舞的成果。读罢,不禁想赘上数语,也作“门外经谈”。
