当前,私营企业得到迅猛发展,经济结构发生了重大变化,因此引起了社会发展变化。私营经济在整个经济中的重要性越来越突出,而今天私营企业劳动关系问题又制约了私营企业的发展,进而制约了私营经济、整个国民经济的发展,不利于和谐社会的建设,基于这点,笔者对我国转型期私营企业劳动关系进行了研究。
At present, the rapid development of the private sector and the significant changes in the economic structure have caused the social development to change. The importance of the private economy in the economy as a whole has become increasingly prominent. However, the current labor relations problems of private enterprises also restrict the development of the private sector and thus restrict the development of the private economy and the entire national economy, which is not conducive to the building of a harmonious society. Based on this Point, the author of the labor relations of private enterprises in China’s transition period were studied.
