通过对几种不同品种芦荟离体快繁技术研究 ,结果表明 :利用盆栽大苗的顶芽或小侧芽 ,采用适当消毒措施 ,均能建立无菌系。不同品种其最佳增殖及生根培养基有所不同 ,如培养基合适 ,其增殖系数可达 7以上 ,生根率可达 10 0 %。利用粗河沙∶石∶火土灰按 1∶ 1∶ 1混合作移栽基质 ,加以保湿 ,移栽成活率可达 95%以上
Through the research on the rapid propagation of aloe in several different varieties, the results showed that the asepsis could be established by using the top buds or small lateral buds of potted seedlings with appropriate disinfection measures.
