应用脂质过氧化法和荧光探针法研究了蜂胶对氧自由基致鼠红细胞脱膜氧化损伤的保护作用。结果表明,蜂胶能显著地抑制氧自由基引发的鼠红细胞膜脂质过氧化反应,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降,呈现量效关系。用Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基攻击红细胞膜后,膜脂的流动性显著下降,当红细胞膜经40μg/ml的蜂胶预先处理后,膜脂的流动性显著提高,表明蜂胶对氧自由基引发的鼠红细胞氧化损伤有显著的保护作用。
Lipid peroxidation method and fluorescent probe method were used to study the protective effect of propolis on oxygen free radical induced red blood cell membrane oxidative damage. The results showed that propolis can significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation of mouse erythrocyte membrane induced by oxygen free radicals, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in lipid peroxidation product decreased significantly, showing a dose-effect relationship. After the hydroxyl radicals produced by the Fenton reaction attacked the erythrocyte membrane, the membrane fluidity decreased significantly. When the erythrocyte membrane was pre-treated with 40 μg/ml propolis, the membrane lipid fluidity was significantly increased, indicating that the propolis stimulated oxygen free radicals in rats. Erythrocyte oxidative damage has a significant protective effect.
