为了对太阳能无人机热管理系统进行设计及优化,在对飞机能量负荷分析的基础上,确定热管理系统基本设计参数,并通过搭建Matlab仿真平台对各设计方案进行仿真论证,包括风冷系统、液冷系统和混合系统。仿真结果表明混合系统可作为太阳能无人机热管理系统最优方案。最后,利用混合系统,通过改变流量及设备尺寸参数,以热管理设备总质量作为目标函数,给出保证系统热管理需求下最佳流量分配和设备尺寸参数指标,可为发展太阳能无人机热管理系统提供参考。
In order to design and optimize the solar thermal management system, the basic design parameters of the thermal management system are determined based on the analysis of the energy load of the aircraft. Simulations and demonstrations of each design are made by building the Matlab simulation platform, including the air cooling system , Liquid cooling system and mixing system. The simulation results show that the hybrid system can be used as the optimal solution for solar thermal management system. Finally, by using the hybrid system, by changing the flow rate and equipment size parameters, taking the total mass of the thermal management equipment as the objective function, the optimal flow distribution and equipment size parameters to ensure the system thermal management demand are given.
