子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis)指具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织出现在子宫腔被覆内膜及宫体肌层以外的其他部位.近年来其发病率不断增高,由于病变所在部位不同和病情轻重程度不同,临床表现的症状差异很大,常被误诊.本院术前诊断的准确率仅37.5%,与其他医院报道的34.7%相似[1].为提高诊断率,增强疗效,现将我院5年来收治且经手术后病理证实的82例子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行分析探讨如下.
