目的 :观察与探讨经鼻蝶穿刺垂体瘤半导体激光间质内热疗术的方法与长期疗效。方法 :采用 80 5nm半导体激光 ,输出功率 2 5W ,CT或X线引导下经鼻蝶穿刺将光导纤维导入垂体瘤中心分次热凝。结果 :3例术后症状皆改善 ,内分泌指标正常。 1例术后 1年肿瘤消失 ,1例术后 2年开颅手术。结论 :本术式具有操作简单、方便快捷、定位准确、损伤轻、病人痛苦少恢复快、并发症少、经济安全等特点 Objective: To observe and explore the method and long-term effect of transsphenoidal thermotherapy of pituitary tumor by nasal plexus. Methods: 805nm semiconductor laser with output power of 25W was used to guide the optical fiber into the center of pituitary tumor by CT or X-ray. Results: All the 3 cases improved their postoperative symptoms and their endocrine indexes were normal. One patient had disappeared one year after operation and one patient had craniotomy 2 years after operation. Conclusion: This technique has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient and quick, accurate positioning, light injury, less pain recovery, fewer complications and economic security
