目的:探讨甘遂半夏汤水煎液对正常大鼠一般情况、心率、皮质醇水平及肾上腺形态的影响。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为甘遂半夏汤高、中、低剂量组(37,18.5,9.25 g·kg-1)及正常组,各组大鼠采用等体积不等浓度ig,ig体积均为0.02 m L·g-1。给药组ig给药,正常组ig给蒸馏水。给药90 d。每日给药后观察并记录大鼠的行为、活动、饮食、睡眠、毛色、粪便等变化。实验前、后各称量体重、计数心率1次。ig期间每周称重2次。最后1次给药后禁食15 h,取血,检测皮质醇;取肾上腺,观察大体形态和组织学形态。结果:在给药期,与正常组比较,甘遂半夏汤各剂量组大鼠体重、心率及皮质醇均无显著差异。大鼠的行为、活动、饮食、睡眠、毛色、粪便及肾上腺形态无明显异常。结论:长期服用甘遂半夏汤水煎液对大鼠一般情况、心率、皮质醇及肾上腺形态无显著影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of decoction of Radix Kansui Banxia Decoction on the general condition, heart rate, cortisol level and adrenal morphology of normal rats. Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into high, medium and low doses of Gan Sui Banxia Decoction (37,18.5,9.25 g · kg-1) and normal group, , the volume of ig is 0.02 m L · g-1. Administration group ig administration, normal group ig to distilled water. Dose 90 d. After daily administration, the behavior, activity, diet, sleep, hair color and stool of the rats were observed and recorded. Before and after the experiment weighed the body weight and counted the heart rate once. Weighed twice weekly during ig. Results: Compared with the normal group, there was no significant difference in body weight, heart rate and cortisol in each dosage group of Kansui Banxia Decoction during the administration period. Rats behavior, activity, diet, sleep, hair color, stool and adrenal morphology no significant abnormalities. Conclusion: Long-term administration of decoction of Gan Sui Banxia decoction has no significant effect on general condition, heart rate, cortisol and adrenal morphology in rats.
