针对武汉钢铁股份有限公司60t双流连铸中间包,利用水力学模型试验分析了连浇过程的中包流场特性,确定了防止大包尾钢进入结晶器的中包连浇最低液位,并根据现场情况,进行了生产试验和工艺优化。结果表明:连浇中包最低液位优化后,中间包钢水w(T.O)平均为20×10-6,较优化前降低了10×10-6,且控制更加稳定,中包钢水洁净度显著提升,低碳铝系列钢夹杂改判率由之前的0.8%降低到0.4%。
