轻骨料混凝土具有轻质、保温、耐久性好等特性。结合世博会中国馆大型屋面保温工程实例,讨论了水泥用量、陶粒用量、粉煤灰用量等对页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土性能的影响规律,在此基础上设计正交试验,得到最佳的满足工程需求的配合比。对该配合比条件下的轻骨料混凝土进行了试泵送试验,结果表明,该轻骨料混凝土泵送性能好,满足施工要求。
Lightweight concrete has the characteristics of light weight, heat preservation and durability. Combined with the large-scale roofing project of China Pavilion in EXPO, the influence of cement content, amount of ceramsite and fly ash content on the properties of shale ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete was discussed. On the basis of this, the orthogonal experiment was designed to obtain the best To meet the engineering needs of the mix. The test of pumping lightweight aggregate concrete with the compounding ratio was carried out. The results show that the lightweight aggregate concrete has good pumping performance and meets the construction requirements.
