心力衰竭(CHF)是各种心血管疾病的严重或终末阶段,其发病率和死亡率均呈上升趋势,且预后较差,不断开发的药物治疗也未能解决这一难题。随着分子生物学的飞速发展,基因治疗作为一种新的治疗策略为CHF的治疗提供了新的途径。
Heart failure (CHF) is a serious or terminal stage of a variety of cardiovascular diseases with an increasing morbidity and mortality and a poor prognosis. Drug therapy that has been developed has not solved this problem. With the rapid development of molecular biology, gene therapy as a new therapeutic strategy provides a new way for the treatment of CHF.
