职业教育课程改革是当前职业教育改革和发展中的重要课题,它不仅是政策和技术层面的运作,更应是思想、理念的更新。本文认为构建新的德育课程体系,必须以和谐理念为指导,达到课程体系与学生的和谐与教师的和谐、与家庭的和谐、与学校的和谐、与社会的和谐。只有这样,职业学校德育教育课程改革才具实效性、针对性,才有时代的特征,也才会更有理论的力量。
Vocational education curriculum reform is an important issue in the current reform and development of vocational education. It is not only an operation at the policy and technical levels, but also an update of ideas and concepts. This paper argues that the construction of a new curriculum system of moral education must be guided by the concept of harmony and achieve the harmony between the curriculum system and students and the teachers’ harmony, family harmony, school harmony and social harmony. Only in this way, vocational school moral education curriculum reform is practical, targeted, only the characteristics of the times, it will be more theoretical strength.
