水冷块一般使用在电功率较高的电弧炉的工作区域内。目前,对以前镶衬耐火砖的所有电弧炉几乎90%都进行了改进,安装水冷块以调解炉墙和炉顶的温度。因此,重要的问题是研究随着这些变化而产生不同的热传导条件。水冷炉壁和炉顶的应用改变了热交换的特性。主要是熔化后期和从加热熔融料至钢水达到出钢温度期间,对炉料的加热条件有较大的影响。另外,由于最近在炉子使用中改变了熔化和精炼工艺以及生产半成品钢液的熔炼设备,这些改变对其后进行的钢水包内工艺处理具有十分重要的意义。
Water-cooled block is generally used in the work area of electric arc furnace with higher electric power. At present, almost 90% of all arc furnaces previously lined with refractory bricks have been retrofitted with water-cooled blocks to adjust the temperature of the furnace walls and roof. Therefore, the important issue is to study the different thermal conductivity conditions that result from these changes. The use of water-cooled furnace walls and roofs has changed the nature of the heat exchange. Mainly during the later stage of melting and from heating the molten material until the molten steel reaches the tapping temperature, it has a great influence on the heating conditions of the charge. In addition, due to the recent changes in the furnace melting and refining process and the production of semi-finished molten steel melting equipment, these changes for subsequent processing within the ladle is of great significance.
