Numerous evidence indicates that not only primary tumors but also host immune responses are present, and metastases are also affected by host immune responses. It is currently believed that activated or “armed” macrophages, NK cells and cytotoxic T cells are important immune effector cells of the host before and after tumor metastasis. However, the vast majority of the above results are from in vitro or animal experiments and are rarely observed in humans and need further confirmation. Husby used immunohistochemistry to study T and B lymphocyte infiltration around human primary tumors and metastatic cancers. Firstly, it was found that there was a difference between paracancerous paracancerous lymphocytes and primary lymphomas, most of which were B-cell infiltration. However, due to the limited number of cases, no conclusions have been reached. The purpose of this article is to analyze whether lymphocytes infiltrating into cancerous mesenchyma are antibody-producing cells.
