[目的]制备24%螺螨酯·阿维菌素悬浮剂并对其性能进行表征。[方法]共毒系数法确定最佳复配比例;单因素优选法筛选助剂并结合正交试验优化得到最佳配方。[结果]螺螨酯和阿维菌素的最佳配比为23∶1;最佳配方:螺螨酯原药23.2%、阿维菌素原药1.1%、D305 7%、硅酸镁铝0.8%、丙三醇6%、消泡剂CF580 0.3%,蒸馏水补足100%。最佳加工工艺:制剂质量为10 g时,锆珠(d=1.2 mm)用量为17 m L,即锆珠体积是制剂质量的1.7倍,研磨时间为2.5 h。[结论]制备的产品各项指标均符合悬浮剂国家标准。
[Objective] To prepare 24% Spirodiclofen suspension and characterize its performance. [Method] Co-toxicity coefficient method was used to determine the optimal compounding ratio. Single factor optimization method was used to select the best additives and orthogonal test was used to optimize the formulation. [Result] The optimal ratio of spirodicloferate and abamectin was 23:1. The best formula was 23.2% of the original spirodiclofen, 1.1% of abamectin, 7% of D305, 0.8% glycerol 6%, defoamer CF580 0.3%, distilled water make up 100%. The best processing technology: The dosage of zirconium beads (d = 1.2 mm) was 17 m L when the preparation mass was 10 g, that is, the volume of zircon beads was 1.7 times the preparation quality and the grinding time was 2.5 h. [Conclusion] The indexes of the prepared products all conformed to the national standard of suspending agent.
