我们对本院1983年1、4、7、10月共37103张门诊处方进行了调查分析,现将结果报告如下。一、调查结果在37103张处方中,不合理用药占6.13％。其中,配伍禁忌处方占57.9％,配伍及用法用量不当处方占36.36％,重复用药处方占4.57％,无效配伍处方占0.35％,书写不完整处方占0.66％。 We conducted a survey of 37,103 outpatient prescriptions in January, April, July and October 1983 in our hospital, and the results are reported as follows. First, the survey results in 37,103 prescriptions, irrational medication accounted for 6.13%. Among them, 57.9% were incompatible prescriptions, 36.36% were prescriptions with compatibility and usage, 4.57% were prescriptions with repeated prescriptions, 0.35% were ineffective compatibility prescriptions and 0.66% were incomplete prescriptions.
