为了提高地质灾害防治能力,河南省开展了汛期地质灾害气象预警技术研究,研究从区域预警的角度,依据全面性、时效性、适用性、可替换性等原则选取了预警评价因子,采用了单元内地质条件具有一致性的斜坡单元作为预警评价单元,采用统计学的方法来研究全省地质灾害影响因素潜势度,分析地质灾害与降雨的关系,建立地质灾害与降雨关系模型,从而建设汛期地质灾害气象预警系统。
In order to improve the ability of preventing and controlling geological disasters, Henan Province has carried out a study on the meteorological warning technology of geological disasters in flood season.
