新生儿窒息是一种严重的由于缺氧所致的综合征,也是产时常见的并发症,临床常因此而引起各系统的改变,既往对窒息所致的神经系统,心血管系统等改变已多次报道,本文收集了30例不同程度的生后窒息新生儿的尿液,通过尿液分析仪进行检测,其结果如下。方法本文以30例Apgar评分7分以下的新生儿为观察组,36例Apgar评分10分的新生儿为对照组。观察组中男22例、女8例,对照组中男24例,女12例,两组男女比例相近.各组在生后即刻开始留尿(在产房排尿者除外)。所留得的尿液置固定容器内存放于4℃的冰箱中,于24h内通过国产MA-4210型电脑化尿液快速分析仪进行检测,对仪器不能检
