目的 :分析 Vimentin、Actin、PCNA、p5 3基因、C- erb B- 2及 nm 2 3基因在骨肉瘤中的表达及其相关性。方法 :应用免疫组化技术分别检测 Vimentin、Actin、PCNA、p5 3、C- erb B- 2及 nm 2 3基因蛋白在 33例骨肉瘤中的表达 ,其中 19例获得平均 1a 7个月的随访。结果 :Vim entin阳性表达率为 87.9% ,Actin为 5 4.5 % ,PCNA为6 6 .7% ,p5 3为 5 7.6 %、C- erb B- 2为 15 .2 % ,nm 2 3增强表达率为 90 .9%。经过分析 ,除 PCNA和 p5 3表达呈平行关系外 ,余各项指标间无相关性 ;Vimentin、Actin阳性表达与预后无关 ;p5 3、PCNA和 nm 2 3基因蛋白表达与预后呈正相关。结论 :Vim entin、Actin可用于研究骨肿瘤的组织起源 ;PCNA和 p5 3在骨肉瘤中表达呈平行关系 ,与预后呈正相关 ;nm2 3基因在骨肉瘤中无转移抑制基因的功能。
Objective: To analyze the expression and correlation of Vimentin, Actin, PCNA, p53 gene, C-erb B-2 and nm 2 3 genes in osteosarcoma. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Vimentin, Actin, PCNA, p53, C-erb B-2, and nm23 gene protein in 33 cases of osteosarcoma. 19 cases were followed up for an average of 1 month and 7 months. . RESULTS: The positive expression rate of Vim entin was 87.9%, Actin was 54.5 %, PCNA was 6 6.7 %, p53 was 5 7.6 %, C-erb B-2 was 15.2 %, and the expression rate of nm 2 3 was increased. 90.9%. After analysis, except for the parallel relationship between PCNA and p53 expression, there was no correlation among the other indicators; the positive expression of Vimentin and Actin was not related to the prognosis; the expression of p53, PCNA, and nm23 gene protein was positively correlated with the prognosis. Conclusion: Vim entin and Actin can be used to study the tissue origin of bone tumors; PCNA and p53 are parallel expressions in osteosarcoma and positively correlated with prognosis; nm23 gene has no function of metastasis suppressor gene in osteosarcoma.
