面临市场竞争所带来的经费、周期、人力等压力,如何提高航天器结构试验验证的效费比成为热点问题。文章指出提高试验验证效费比的前提是要充分理解试验的目的、类型、责任,把试验验证视为设计与产品质量保证的有效手段;进一步提出从提高设计质量、权衡过程控制与检验试验的成本、理解失效模式、设计针对性的验证、同步规划设计与验证6方面构建高效费比的试验验证策略。
Faced with the pressures brought by market competition, such as pressure on funding, cycles and manpower, how to improve the cost-effectiveness ratio of spacecraft structure test verification has become a hot issue.
