劳动关系三方协商机制是市场经济国家解决劳动关系问题的普遍形式,也是我国劳动关系调整机制的重要组成部分。我国全面推行三方协商机制已经十年了,但是在作者研究过程中,发现内蒙古地区的三方协商机制还存在很多问题。本文就内蒙古地区中小企业三方协商机制存在的问题,及如何完善三方协商机制进行了专门的研究和分析。
Tripartite consultative mechanism of labor relations is a common form for the market economy countries to solve the problem of labor relations and is also an important part of the adjustment mechanism of China’s labor relations. It has been ten years since China implemented the tripartite consultation mechanism in an all-round way. However, during the study of the author, there are still many problems found in the tripartite consultation mechanism in Inner Mongolia. This article has carried on the specialized research and the analysis to the existing problems of tripartite consultative mechanism of the SMEs in Inner Mongolia and how to perfect the tripartite consultative mechanism.
