目的了解1973-2011年常州市天宁区法定甲乙类传染病的变化及流行趋势,为传染病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学的方法对1973-2011年天宁区的传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 1973年以来天宁区甲乙类传染病发病率明显下降;20世纪70年代年平均发病率达1 782.33/10万,2000-2003年达历史最低水平(192.18/10万),2004-2011年为309.96/10万;传染病疾病谱发生明显改变,由70年代以肠道类为主转变为2000-2011年以血源及性传播类及呼吸道类为主肠道类为辅;自然疫源及虫媒类传染病90年代开始持续保持在低发病水平;计划免疫相关传染病从255.57/10万降至49.33/10万;2004-2011年传染病与2000-2003年相比,构成比类似,发病率显著上升。结论 1973-2011年天宁区采取了预防接种、健康教育、改善卫生条件、加强疾病监测、规范疫情处置等多项措施,传染病防制效果明显,但当前的传染病流行现状表明传染病防制面临多重威胁,需更多重视并探索新的出路。
Objective To understand the changes and epidemic trends of Class A and B infectious diseases in Tianning District of Changzhou City from 1973 to 2011 so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Results The incidence of Category A and B infectious diseases in Tianning District dropped significantly since 1973. Conclusion In the period of 1973-2011, a number of measures were taken in Tianning District, such as vaccination, health education, improvement of sanitation conditions, monitoring of diseases and regulation of epidemic situation. The prevention and control of infectious diseases was obvious. However, the current prevalence of infectious diseases shows that infectious diseases In the face of multiple threats, more attention and exploration of new ways are needed.
