目的:探讨糖尿病应用各种血液透析对于患者的一般影响,并对其机制进行讨论。方法:统计我院l19例接受血液透析的尿毒症患者,应用彩色多普勒超声心动图和实验室检查,捡测治疗前后患者的左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、计算左室射血分数(EF)、和舒张期始末血流速度比值E/A,及β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清肌酐(SCr)。结果:各组舒张E/A略微增加,EF可见明显下降。LVEDD、LVESD可见增厚,无论治疗前后较对照组均增加。IVST、LVPWT呈现增加表现。Β2-MG可见明显降低,Hb计数升高,Scr、BUN明显较正常值高。结论:各种血液透析导致心肌肥厚加剧,但是改善了患者生存质量。
Objective: To investigate the general effect of various hemodialysis on patients with diabetes mellitus, and to discuss its mechanism. Methods: A total of 119 patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis were enrolled in this study. Color Doppler echocardiography and laboratory tests were performed. The left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESD) IVF, LVPWT, EF and E / A, β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) ), Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), hemoglobin (Hb), serum creatinine (SCr). Results: The diastolic E / A of each group increased slightly and EF decreased obviously. LVEDD, LVESD visible thickening, both before and after treatment than the control group were increased. IVST, LVPWT showed increased performance. Β2-MG was significantly lower, Hb count increased, Scr, BUN significantly higher than normal. CONCLUSIONS: Various hemodialysis lead to increased cardiac hypertrophy but improve patient quality of life.
