本文介绍了自行设计、制造的三步电沉积装置,并就连续三步电沉积工艺加真空热压的方法制备碳纤维增强铜基复合材料进行了研究。探讨了热压参数及纤维比对碳/铜复合材料组织性能的影响。
In this paper, a three-step electrodeposition device designed and manufactured by ourselves was introduced. The carbon fiber reinforced copper matrix composites were prepared by the continuous three-step electrodeposition process plus vacuum hot pressing. The effects of hot pressing parameters and fiber ratio on the microstructure and properties of carbon / copper composites were discussed.
